It is also known as Sleeping Incense. It clears energy blocks, eases anxiety and improves sleep quality, most suitable for those who get angry and depressed easily.
Most effective when used in the morning with our stomach and chakra pathways clear and empty. Through breathing, the incense penetrates all our chakras and sharpens our senses.

Ren Qing says: “Always smile when you’re gathering medicinal plants from the mountains. When you smile, the plants will smile back.”

With his bare hands, each year Ren Qing creates 3,000 boxes of Tibetan incense over the two months when the climate is most favourable. This is Ren Qing‘s craft, as well as his livelihood.

Plants in the mountains grow and follow nature, free from any intervention by humans. Every autumn in October, Ren Qing gathers medicinal plants from his hometown, Ngawa in Sichuan. Every year in May when spring is giving way to summer, the frigid winter in Tibet begins to ease off, which is the best time for gathering medicinal plants.

・After igniting the tip of incense, extinguish the flame and let the smoke smoulder.

・Use in areas with good ventilation.

・Set the incense after igniting on the incense stand made of non-combustible material.

・Please use a plate that holds the ash under the incense stand.

・Even if the smoke disappears, the fire may remain. Handle with care. Make sure the fire is totally gone before disposal.
