Refund policy

We only offer refund or exchange to items that are defective.

Request for goods return or exchange will be accepted within 5 days of delivery, and goods must be returned in their original packaging and unused condition. Customers are required to contact us for product return and exchange arrangement.

Request for goods return or exchange will not be accepted if the goods are found used, altered or damaged due to improper use.

Tree resins, Incense sticks and all goods marked as ‘Non-Returnable’ are not eligible for exchange or refund.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

If the goods returned cannot be exchanged for the same model due to stock shortage, customers can choose any products from this site and pay the price difference only.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

You should consider using shipping service with tracking or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Depending on where you live, the time and cost of shipping that it may take for your exchanged product may vary.

Upon our acceptance of the merchandise in “like new” condition in strict conformance with the basic return criteria above, the purchase price will be credited to the payment tool used for the original purchase.
