Hakone is located in the east of the Fuji-Hakone-Izu National Park and is one of the most popular hot spring towns in Japan.
This is a hot spring with less physical stimulation and gentle spring quality, suitable for a wide range of people from children to the elderly. If the total amount of hot spring components contained does not reach 1000 mg/kg, it is defined as a pure hot spring. However, in fact, there are many hot springs that are not "simple" but are a mixture of various spring qualities.
